Facilities - The Jackaroo Hostel Sydney

Reception	Our reception desk is open from 7.30 to midnight everyday and is located on the ground floor. Our friendly, experienced reception team have a wealth of knowledge so make sure you put it to good use!
Free Internet and Wi-Fi	Jackaroo Hostel Sydney provides free high speed Wi-Fi access throughout the entire building. We also have computers in the hostel lobby so you can connect and stay in touch easily. And the best part is that its completely free.
Bedrooms	Jackaroo Hostel Sydney is unlike any other hostel you will find in Sydney! Our dormitory rooms range from 3 – 6 share, or if you’re looking for more privacy we have twin and twin rooms with ensuites and flat screen televisions. All our rooms are air-conditioned and spotlessly clean!
Bathrooms	Jackaroo Hostel Sydney has an abundance of showers and toilets available on every level! Our large hot water systems ensure that hot water is always available and our professional housekeeping team make sure the facilities are clean and ready for use.
Kitchen & Common Area	Whether its hot water for noodles or a gourmet feast for forty, the Jackaroo Hostel Sydney kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your hunger! Electric cook tops, microwaves, instant hot water and a large preparation area. It’s all located on the lower level with our dining and large social area. In addition you’ll also find a dry storage area for all of your ingredients and we have commercial-grade fridges to keep your food cool and fresh!
Rooftop	A great rooftop can make a hostel! And that’s what we have. Relax or sunbathe on our hammocks and sun lounges or chill out with friends on the large picnic style tables. We have weekly social events and they are all located on the rooftop.
Laundry	The Guest Laundry is located on the lower level and you will find our commercial-grade washing machines and dryers ready, willing and able to deal with the largest of loads! $4 per wash, $4 per dry and they are open from 7 am until midnight everyday.
Security	We always take the safety and security of our guests and their belongings very seriously. We use the latest technology in security access. Every guest is issued with a security card which will give you access to the front door, accommodation, and all communal areas. We also have security lockers located in the reception area. Each locker has a power supply so you can safely charge laptops, mobile phones and iPods without leaving them out in the open. CCTV is in operation throughout the entire building and we follow a strict ‘Guests Only’ policy within the hostel.
